In response to the growing need for affordable senior housing along the Wasatch Front, Art Woolston formed Danville Development Corporation in 1979.

In December of that year St. Mark's Tower opened as the first property to be managed by the newly organized Danville Development Corporation.

This beautiful, 100-unit senior high-rise building owned by the Episcopal Management Corporation and located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah became the flagship of quality affordable housing communities managed by Danville Development. Our appreciation goes to Art Woolston and many others whose foresight and hard work played a key role in developing and managing affordable housing along the Wasatch Front in those early days.

Today, Danville Development Corporation manages properties in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Kaysville, Brigham City, South Salt Lake, Tooele, Providence, and Green River, Wyoming.  Corporate offices are located in Midvale, Utah, which also houses sister-companies, Danville Services Corporation and Danville Support Services.

Our unique team-style management approach assures the highest quality service to applicants and residents, their families and communities.
