Currently, there are no open roles at the company (updated February 2017). When we do look for talented people to join our team, they typically work in one of the following roles:

Apartment Manager: Candidates must have excellent computer and organizational skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate/work with a diverse population as well as case managers. We seek people that are passionate about property management, care about the people they serve and thrive on excellence and striving to improve operations on a daily basis. 

Occupancy Assistant: Responsible for implementing HUD rules and regulations as required when processing resident verifications and recertification’s. Collect, prepare and make bank deposits. Assure all paperwork is verified, signed, dated and completed by specific timeline/deadline as required. Maintain housing application waitlist and eligibility requirements. Work with residents on a daily basis.

Maintenance Technician: Working knowledge of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other related building maintenance work. Understand and follow safety guidelines set forth by employer, OSHA and other regulatory entities. Ability to work with coworkers, management, residents, vendors, contractors and general public. Carry a pager to respond to afterhours building threatening emergencies. Keep an inventory, purchase supplies, obtain bids on various projects and prioritize building work orders and projects.
