Riverwalk Village is an apartment community in St. George, Utah. The apartments are designated for single persons or families who are approved for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. The rent rates are not based on a percentage of your income but are a fixed percentage of the Washington County median income. There are also 13 market units available for rent (with no maximum income restrictions).
As of January 1, 2021 ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE LEASED but we are accepting applications for our waitlist.

Community Smoking Policy

Riverwalk Village is a smoke-free building. Due to second-hand smoke health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual units, common areas or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.
